The BPL Harmony Auto CPAP is a modern, user-friendly auto-adjusting therapy device engineered for adults with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It operates in both fixed CPAP and APAP modes, dynamically adjusting pressures between 4–20 cmH₂O based on breathing needs. Equipped with a built-in heated humidifier (approximately 290 mL capacity) and pre‑heating function, it enhances user comfort by reducing dryness. The device boasts a 3.5″ color LCD display, intuitive controls, and features like ramp time, auto start/stop, altitude adjustment, and smart alerts for high pressure or mask leaks. Its brushless DC motor runs quietly (<28 dB), while robust sensors offer real-time flow and pressure monitoring with ±0.5 cmH₂O accuracy. Compact (~1.35 kg, 235 × 148 × 125 mm) and energy-efficient, it supports environmental considerations and ensures reliable overnight therapy. Backed by a 2‑year warranty, it’s an ideal mix of comfort, safety, and affordability
Daily Use in a Nutshell
Start by unpacking the device and placing it on a firm, flat surface near your bed. Attach the included foam air filter, connect the humidifier (if prescribed), plug in the power cable, and connect your mask via the standard 22 mm tubing. Once everything is ready and you’ve put on your mask, the machine either starts automatically when it detects your breath or starts manually using the Start/Stop button. If you prefer a gentler onset, use the Ramp feature—this starts airflow at a lower pressure and gradually increases it to your prescribed level to help you fall asleep more comfortably
The BPL Harmony Auto CPAP combines automatic pressure adjustment with a built-in humidifier, smart sensors, and comfort features like ramp and alerts. It’s simple to set up and user-friendly in daily use. Just remember to clean and maintain it regularly for consistent performance and hygiene.
